I quickly learned once you're out of school and into the industry, you're pretty much on your own. There's so much to learn still & figure out, unfortunately, usually through trial and error. I have been able to apply the methods, training, and knowledge acquired from my background to create a successful business. However, what I've discovered is that most nail technicians come from a completely different background. Through interactions with nail professionals, I know the similarities among those who are excelling. Mostly, I've come to recognize the detriments of those that are not sustainable. The creation of EntrepreNAILeur is my way of helping to even the scale.
